- 700 ml oat milk
- 2 tablespoons SHROOM CHOCOLATE™
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 vanilla stick
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons of potato flour
- pinch of nutmeg
Pour 200 ml of milk into a glass and set aside. Pour the remaining part into a saucepan and add cocoa along with Shroom Chocolate. Add the seeds and the whole vanilla pod. Grate a little nutmeg on a grater, add agave syrup. We heat everything up for a while, but do not cook! Add the potato flour to the glass with the milk and stir vigorously to prevent the formation of lumps. Remove the vanilla pod from the pan and pour in the contents of the glass. Stir constantly and wait for the pudding to thicken. Pour into glasses and serve!
