HIGH PROTEIN baked oatmeal Recipe:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1.5 cups of water/plant milk
  • 2 bananas for the cake, 1 banana for the top
  • protein supplement NATU.CARE Vegan Protein 70g / 2 scoops
  • blueberries 150g
  • sweetener/sugar as desired
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Place two peeled bananas in a low, ovenproof ceramic or glass dish. Mash them with a fork to a pulp. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix gently to combine the ingredients and distribute them evenly in the dish. Cut the third banana in half lengthwise. Place it on the oatmeal, “cut” side up. Preheat the oven to 180°C with a fan or 200°C without fan. Bake the oatmeal for about 15 minutes, until the top is lightly browned. If you are making the oatmeal in the evening, with the intention of baking it in the morning, keep it in the fridge overnight and reduce the baking time to about 10 minutes.
